HEALTH = BEING FIT+EATING RIGHT+THINKING POSITIVELY and the SHORTEST ROUTE TO SUCCESS is through a HEALTH COACH. So you can see its a puzzle which not everybody can solve it by themselves. A coach is one who does all the thinking for you, will try various techniques or combinations and wants to see you find the success in your health goals. Just see around in today’s life.. An image consultant helps solve your dressing problems, career coach solves your career issues like-wise if you are concerned with your life or health you need a person like me “HEALTH COACH”…

1. Build positive attitude: A health coach will help change your negative self-talk to a positive self-talk.

2.Connections: Each one of us are different and  have different mindsets. The role of a health coach is to understand the psychological,emotional and behavioural needs of the client and work with them to actively listen and help them find specific solutions regarding their health.

3.Goal Setting:The coach will guide you through a Specific,Measurable,Attainable,relevant and Time-bound short and long-term goals.

4.Wholesome Wellness:The holistic approach of the mind-body-soul wellness is the core of  health coaching.

5.Lifestyle Change: A health coach will empower you to make those required changes in your lifestyle and provide  you tips and techniques that will make you self-reliant.

A nutritionist will see your nutrition deficiencies alone and a dietitian will count your calories.And the diets suggested will be standard menu for a standard problem with temporary solutions.Restricted diets are hard to follow and may cause health issues at a later stage in life.

If you think Health Coaching is not for me THINK AGAIN! It will reap you more benefits than you sow! It is for all of YOU want to make those changes in life in terms of health. The stage for health is already set, YOU need to CHOOSE it.
